I ordered an XFX Radeon R9 290 Double Dissipation from Newegg and when I installed it there was a terrible noise at first and the monitor did not detect any input so I returned it. The new one just came in and did not make the noise but again the monitor did not detect the input so now I am worried it is a compatibility issue.
