Online games don't work, but I can surf the internet?

I can't connect to on-line games of any multiplayer game. But surfing the internet does work. I have windows firewall off, my antivirus off. I turned off the router firewall. Nothing works still. What could the problem be?

What games can you not play?
Is this your home network?
Have you ran malwarebytes? Has your homepage or anything changed on the browser, more popups, etc?

Cs:go, DayZ, Crossfire. Any games requiring to join a server either don't show or kick me off. This is the home network. No I have not ran malwarebytes and yes I had a bit of malware that has been cleaned out. I'm going to run it today I guess

It has been cleaned out how? I would definitely run malwarebytes and whatever you scanned it with probably left several things behind.

Avast Antivirus found 3 high level malware/virus's that were installed from those advertising software programs.
