I just built my first computer. 16 GB of RAM, Intel i7 with Intel 4600 Graphics. I updated the Graphics driver and still... after watching a YouTube video in HD for about 2 minutes, (it's random)... this starts to happen

I'm running Windows 10 Preview... but I was also running the same build on my old computer with no issues. Is there any thing I could try that could fix this issue?

I would recommend installing the latest drivers. Intel can be quite handy with this so just install the software in the link below, open it up and select Find Drivers > Auto Detect

I tried that. Graphics driver is up to date.

Alright. Have you installed the latest version of Flash player? :)

Hmm. Well it's telling me Google Chrome updates Flash automatically :\

How strange. You mentioned that it works on your other PC, Is that running Windows 10 too?

Thanks I'll see if that helps. If it doesn't, would buying a real graphics card probably solve the problem?

It is strange. Yes the other one was running 10 as well.
