Need help to pick z97 motherboard (4 choices)

Choises are

http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/z97%20extreme4/ 145 euros
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z97X%20Killer... 155 euros

As you can see the price differences are minimal, so it all comes to down to hardware/software differences

Please help

Edit: The asus z87 plus could also suit my needs and its price is 110 euros but i dont know if its missing anything important...

4770k processor 1150 chipset (check)
SLI (check)
2 fans (check)
2 sticks of 8gb ram (check)
Pci-e 3.0 (check)

As you can see all of them cover my basic needs, i've eliminated all the motherboards that dont support the rest of my hardware
