need help uncompressing my hp 110 mini

Hi, i have an hp 110 mini and my boot manager is compressed from doing a system restore. how can i uncompress it?.....this laptop does not come with a disk drive and i have no other computers around nor a flash drive. Please please help me.

If you can enter OS, this will get you to your factory restore partition.
Start / Control Panel / System and Security / Administrative Tools / Computer Management / Disk Management.
Select the partition with the recovery, right click, select "Mark Partition as Active" Restart
During boot press F11 (sometimes Alt + F11).
Follow the prompts and you will be doing a factory restore.
