Need help picking memory for new PC.

Hello all, I was looking for some help in picking the memory in a new PC. I've mostly been building it through decent deals here and there and my two choices in memory are:

EDIT: I Should mention I already own both as I am also building a computer for my fiance and she will get the the RAM I don't use for my setup. Sorry for not mentioning this earlier!

my setup is a i7 4790k and a ASUS Maximus VI Hero mobo. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
