My computer won't boot and appears to have a #98 debug error code on the mobo. Neither my keyboard or my mouse's led's will power up but all of my pc's fans turn on. I have a msi mpower sp z87 lga 1150, EVGA nvidia 760, crucial ballistix 1600 MHz 8gb, Intel 4770k only over locked with Oc genie. Any help on this would be appreciated.
