AsRock 970 performance series r2.0 wont post, but beeps without ram like it should...

As the title says, I installed everything correctly, called the manufacturer, but nothing works after I put the RAM in. I basically have no idea what's wrong, without the memory it will beep 3 times like it should, but when I put the memory back in I get nothing. I have tried all four sticks in any possible order!

Specs:
AsRock 970 performance series extreme3 rev2.0 socket am3+

Ram: 2x4gb hynix 1333 mhz and 2x2gb of hynix 1333 mhz

CPU: AMD FX 8370 (im excited about that part)

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750ti

And a giant cpu fan and heatsink

Nope, just tried that and no beeps. I tried it with one stick of ram in it...

Yeah, its a new build, and it hasnt ever worked, but this is the second mobo so I dont know what to do with it... I've built computers before but none have been this annoying.
