WoW on a notebook?

I'm looking into getting a new laptop, and I have 1 main one I'm looking at, but most of the laptops I'm seeing are actually notebooks. I'm going to be using the new computer mainly for web-browsing and using MS Word, but I also play World of Warcraft occasionally. Would WoW work on a notebook? I don't mind having to use the lowest graphic settings, as long as lag isn't awful and it doesn't look like a slideshow when in a populated area or a dungeon.

Edit: If a notebook is not good enough for running WoW, does anyone have any recommendations for a laptop under $400?

Sorry, should have included this in my original post, but I refuse to get a dell. I've had nothing but problems with their laptops. Not to mention I bought an $800 laptop with a $200 3 year warranty and 6 months in, when the laptop shut down and refused to turn on, they refused to honor the warranty because they "couldn't find it in their system", even though I had the warranty number and everything.

So, yeah, basically anything besides a Dell.

Pretty much any laptop will play wow. I have played that game on a laptop with 2 gigs of ram and a intel pentium. Lenovo or acer may be good as they are good for cheap laptops. And for you price range, look for amd cards as they generally offer better gpu performance at the budget end.
