The budget is about $1000 AUD

Country: AUSTRALIA

I want a good gaming pc with good cooling and high graphics that can handle GTA IV or battlefield.

I want a razor mouse with a gigabyte R7 keyboard. Remember the country is australia so PC case gear would be useful.

I assumed you also needed a monitor, since you asked for peripherals. As a disclaimer, I am not familiar at all with Australian pricing, but I tried to piece together something we can try to improve.

The CPU/mobo choice is forced by the budget. I'd hate to have to go with an i3 or lower, so I chose the FX-6300. This does limit your upgradeability, but it is still a good entry-level CPU.

The graphics card should be able to manage most modern games at 1080p. GTA IV will probably be more limited by the CPU, but unfortunately it's hard to get more at this budget. Battlefield should work out fine, since the multiplayer will like the extra cores, and Mantle may even be able to help a bit.

The rest of the components are pretty standard. I did go a little over budget, but I included an IPS display for the nice quality for only $20 more. If you prefer, you can pick a cheaper display and save a little bit more. We may also be able to squeeze more out of this budget, but it's hard for me to know since the prices are very different from what I'm used to.
