i have core i3 processor. i have shortlisted nvidia gtx 750 ti after disussing in the forum. just being sure is it the best I can run ? psu brand cooler master thunder.

Once you upgrade your PSU to a more reliable one and grab a better PSU, for $300 GTX 970 will run on 500W perfectly. But 750 Ti is one of the best ones you could currently run right now for low wattage. You have a lot of headroom for a GPU because of how many watts you got on the PSU, so... Decide what your budget is and grab a decent GPU for that price.
