My Specs-
Cpu-Intel Core i3 3210 3.2Ghz
Ram-4x2=8Gb
Motherboard-Gigabyte GA H61M-S1
PSU-Corsair VS 650watt.
1x 500gb Hard Drive.

The Graphic Card only requires 145watt
Will i be able to run it?

Solution

It's going to lag ALOT with an i3, but the i5 I suggested will run better (you still may find some parts of the game to run not so smoothly)

You will want a a Higher CPU (thats what processes information, then the graphics card turns it into pixels) i suggest the i5 4690 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54690) because it is the best value for money (and you won't need anything more powerful) unless you are going to overlock the i suggest the K version (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54690k) but the GTX 970 will run all most all games quite smoothly (All though AC:U has sought of been fixed but it is still quite intensive) :)
