So I over clocked my GTX 980's, GPU Tweak won't let me raise the frequency more than 1400.
But the memory frequency can go up all the way to 8130 Mhz, which was stable.
8010 Mhz worked but I started getting artifacts at 8100.
So back to the question. Why can't I over clock the GPU speed any higher than 1400?
