which one of these graphics cards is better on the basis of performance as well as cooling, quality of the circuit and reliability

The galaxy is better, but for the same price you could get a HD7770 or r7 250x, both of which are much better cards

Well I know that KFA2 cards and cards under the GALAX banner are all very high performers, their european arm is very strong at least

Galaxy is what is considered budget manufacturer while MSI is considered top tier which is all I am saying, the galaxy card has higher clocks and therefore should perform a little better although not noticeable.

Yeah I know what you're saying, and I agree that on a GT 740 the difference between the two brands would be minimal
