I wanna build a pc with mostly programming and mid range gaming preformance..
What CPU and RAM(brand and MHz) you propose between fx 6300 and A series..

Solution
I would suggest you to go with an unlocked A series Kaveri APU as it is more faster than Vishera Bulldozer FX 6300 and also Kaveri is based on AMD's latest 28nm architecture and it also supports their latest API i.e MANTLE, I would suggest you to go with an AMD A 10 7850K .As far as the RAM is considered you need a higher clock RAM for that APU at least clocked @ 2400 MHz, I would suggest you to go with an AMD Radeon gaming series series 8 GB (minimum) clocked @ 2400 MHz.
Here is a link of build guide on a Kaveri PC, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hc72CvqS54o

Hope this helps.

With the A10 7850K i will be able to develop apps, run simulators?? And also i can play games such us lineage2, league of legends and call of duty with no problem?

Rather than the A series, you're better off with an Athlon II 860K. It's basically the A10 7850 without the integrated GPU. If you want to game a bit you'll need a separate graphics card anyway.

But for programming, more cores are generally better. In that aspect, the FX-6300 (or the FX-8320) is better.

RAM doesn't really matter for gaming. As long as it's a typical 1600 CL9 or 1866 CL10 you'll be fine. Kingston HyperX Fury is cheap but great RAM just as an example.

Yes you will be able to develop apps and game a lot faster than Vishera Bulldozer FX 6300 by taking the advantage of integrated GPU. Also you need a faster RAM for that APU because integrated GPUs work faster with higher frequency RAM. Also if you want to bump up your graphics performance you can crossfire AMD A10 7850K with R7 250 or R7 250X
