There's no reset button on the back of this router. I've tried taking the battery out, and unplugging the cord numerous times.

Yes, I do have internet, through this router. I'm wired. it's an Arris TM822, however, I do not have the manual. I'm sorry you broke your crystal ball yesterday and can recieve another one soon. Thanks!

Actually, I've foudn what I needed, I'm going to try and hard reset now.

To no avail, it id nothing for me, darn.
