Pretty much anything, barring triple-A titles that have been made recently. Civilization and Civ: Beyond Earth are fair game, but games like Metro 2033? Nope.

For a new build, you really need to go with a quad core processor. It is becoming expected for the latest games. Save some money and get an I-5.
