Oh hi there, let me explain my situation. I bought a 970 strix card and asus z97-a Motherboard. I built my computer and found out my strix was faulty (i personally think it was a return from another customers machine as there was no plastic film covering the backplate which was on the new card i got after the exchange).
So yeah i have not registered any products yet, but every time im in windows it asks me to, so i click it and it brings up a website listing both of my products and the serial numbers. The MoBo one matches but my graphics card does not (it must still be my old ones serial number)
Does anyone know how i can change this as i want to register my products for warranty etc etc. And im scared if i link the wrong serial number i wont have a leg to stand on if i get into a situatin where i need assistance from asus.
