ASUS G751JM: I am trying to remove the existing SKHynix 4GB (x2) RAM and install 32gb of G.Skill but I cannot figure out how to remove the two existing sticks of RAM buried deep within. I removed the access panel, all the screws from the back cover, the cover over the battery, the HDD and the caddy in the empty slot but there has to be more then that since the back cover will not come off. Is there any instructions or video that could walk me through this? I'm I stuck with having to take this to a tech? I really wanted to do this on my own. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I looked at the user guide but this is only for replacing the two memory sticks accessible through the removable back access panel. The two slots I am trying to get to require the removal of the keyboard and top bezel. It also requires lifting the mobo to access the slots. It's a bit of tear down and I did find some instructions on Tech Inferno not, real detailed but I hope it will be enough. Thanks for your reply.

It took me about 15min but I got it removed. I bought the 8gb one as well and didn't realize what that meant about the two (hard to get to to) slots. Remove every screw off the back under the rubbers. Remove the back piece with the corner flap where the drives are. There were 5 screws under there thst needed to be removed plus harddrive. Slide out cdrom. Remove three screws on lip. Flip comp over, and start separating keyboard from Fram slowly at front.I didn't remove the kb completely just enough to get memory underneath. Hope this helps.
