hello, I have a hpg62-b53st laptop.it has amd phenom x2 n620 2.80 ghz processor.i planned to upgrade its cpu and gpu.and i found a video about unlocking hidden/unusing 2 cores . and i watced it.the man updates bios and increases core voltage and unlocks 2 hidden cores on his pc with amd phenom x2.so the pc becames amd phenom x4.i downloaded that bios and flashed into usb. and i saw, Bios does not support flash interface!!!" without quotes.so i understand that i couldnt be able to update bios.help plz i want to unlock that 2 cores and get better gaming performance.

Those cores were disabled at the factory because they didn't pass quality control. If they had passed, that silicon would have been sold as an x4. You might be able to unlock some locked cores, but there is no guarantee.
