I recently traded an older Samsung 840 series 250gb 2.5" SSD of a MSata Evo 250 GB and have since been pondering the options, I have a Pro 850 256Gb in my main machine and as I understand it pro series samsungs don't support Raid, and I also read that PCIe won't boot Under Windows O.S. So I have been looking at the various options and there are several out there, and I'm a little overwhelmed by all the Choices Some allow for Raid, Never Done It, Definately on the Bucket list I'm aware of the possibility of Possible failures and the minimal gains in performance as well in Raid 0 but again you cant take it with you! So with all the options out there is there any better than the others I saw 1 2.5" enclosure that a reviewer had indicated the sata plugs were actually upside down, Not good if going in a laptop, also another thought was maybe to get a 2.5" enclosure that Would accept Two but I could add a second one to later and either double the normal storage or use in a raid array, if such an animal exists, in nature, I want to be the first kid on my block with one.

Solution
1. If it adds zero performance benefit, and adds greater fail potential....why?
2. You don't want to RAID 0 drives of two different performance levels.
