I just built a computer and everything is set up fine and working, but my graphics card is giving me this annoying dark-light-dark-light flicker whenever Im in a game. I moved from using an old Radeon HD 7750 and Im getting the same frames in my games at normal settings as I did with that. All that has changed with this new system is new mobo, GPU, PSU and case. I did keep my processor and RAM.

The flickering doesnt bother me nearly as much as the lack of change in FPS performance does but Im wondering, do you think maybe my processor could be bottle-necking everything else and causing this issue?
I've tried using different displays and different display cables, changing refresh rates, nothing helps.
