Not sure the best orientation for PSU with fan (mid-build quick question).

I've run into a question while building this computer (installing the PSU now). In all my other build I aimed the fan of the PSU downward through the grate. But in this case whenever I place the PSU fan towards the vent the screws don't line up.

PSU fan facing down (towards the bottom vent):

As this build only has the stock cpu cooler and one case fan I'm a bit worried about this. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Any ideas?

It makes sense to face the fan downward but the screws won't align.
