Usable Memory Query

Hi,

I have 32GB RAM in my PC but in the Control Panel (System) it says 32GB (31.7GB usable)

Why is only 31.7GB usable and does this indicate a problem of some sort?

The system is using a bit for its own purposes. Completely normal.

Has this anything to do with using the on-board GPU?

It's Intel HD 4600

I went back to that as it out-performed my AMD Radeon 7450
