I have recently ordered this:

For this build:
CPU:Intel Core i7-4790K
MOBO:Gigabyte ga-z97x Gaming 5
GPU:Gtx 980 Gygabyte Gaming 1
Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3, 1600MHz, 16GB (2 x 8GB), CL9
HDD: WD Caviar Dark 1TB
SSD: 850 EVO
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2
Case: Nzxt H440
My questions are these:
1.-Is this cooler big enough to make it impossible to fit in my case? Did I make a mistake?
2.-Is the Thermal Paste it comes with, good enough or should I buy another one? I don't plan on going crazy with the OC, just some mild OC.
3.-I read some reviews saying that the cooler blocks a couple of RAM slots on the MOBO, and/or that is is too low and leave very little space for the RAM sticks to properly fit. Is there a specific brand of RAM that you could recommend me that is good quiality but low enough to fit in here?
Sorry for all these questions, guys, but I really, really want to learn. This is my first build, and I'm a little nervous. So I came with the best.
