Do you need more than the pre installed fans on a Define R5 W?

It's fine for the rig as it won't produce very high amounts of heat. You can add a couple if temps don't seem too good, later. Or it's a good idea to get a couple more if you plan to OC heavily.

For a stock aircooled system no, i don't think you need any extra fans although i would personally add 1 extra front fan
