Hello! My friend and me are building a new pc for him and we chose some parts with his low budget and i want to see if you can recommend me something or give any advice. Also we live in Bulgaria so we can't order from newegg, amazon and ebay. His budget is around 750 USD.

CPU: Intel I5-4690(second hand)
RAM: G.SKILL 2x4 RipjawsX 1600 1.5V F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
Motherboard: GB P85-D3 /LGA1150
Video card: R9 280x(second hand) but we cant choose which one to get Asus,MSI,Sapphire Vapor and etc.
Case: SHARKOON VG4-W ATX MIDI TOWER
Power Supply: Corsair VS 650W ATX CP-9020051-WW
HDD: We are looking for 1TB hdd but we are not sure which one to choose maybe WD or SEAGATE

The computer will be used mainly for playing all the new games(BF4,FC4,AC:Unity and etc.)

Solution
Here's a good one from Gigabyte. Reliable, fast, and one of the cheapest that's still good build quality. (UK, right?) http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah97hd3

For a case, let me know your budget. The SHARKOON didn't have the best reviews, but I could be looking in the wrong places. You just want something with some nice cable routing options, solid build quality, and room all your cooling and upgrade needs.

For a PSU, this is a pretty good model: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-tp650c
Keep in mind, you don't want to cheap out on the PSU, as it could fry your other components or cause issues that are very difficult to troubleshoot.

This one is a little cheaper, if you're sure he won't be...

Those are all good brands for a R9 280X. The Sapphire Vapor is probably the best, all else being equal.

For HDDs, Seagate's Barracuda is arguable the best for the money, although 2TB is only a few bucks more these days. WD Black is a good deal faster, if you're not planning to add a Solid State Drive (SSD) anytime soon.

I'd be worried about the Mobo, make sure it's compatible with "Devil's Canyon CPUs". I'd also look into Rosewill and Corsair's cheaper budget cases, as I'm not familiar with the Sharkoon or it's features.

Finally, check out the power supply list here, as that Corsair may not be the best choice: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Get an XFX 650W or Seasonic 620W power supply.
