Best gaming rig for 1440x900

I want to upgrade my 8 year old rig. I am not buying a new monitor(1440x900)-VGA.
So I wanted to know which choice is the best to play all latest games like AC Unity (Ultra High everything,Soft Shadows-60+fps,version 1.5), COD AW, Shadow of Mordor,GTA 5 and all upcoming games at ultra high maxed out at 1440x900.Plz also tell me for how much time these rig will allow me to max out any game at ultra high:
1 FX6300+GTX 970
2 FX 8350+GTX 970
or if you have any better specs plz tell.

4690K with a new mobo would be expensive.
I am planning to purchase a new mobo ASrock 970 extrem4.
Right now I am only interested in making a gaming pc which would last me at least 3 years to play all games maxed out at 1440x900.Then maybe I can plan to upgrade to 4k at that time. The initial version of unity gave about 60fps on ultra on fx 8350 and gtx 970. Plz tell me how much can i expect from gta5,cod aw or upcoming arkham knight if i go with fx 8350 or if i decide to go with fx 6300 (which is a lot more cheaper), will it last me for at least 2 years??
