you can do better than that cx psu, one sec i'll look for one at the same price

The only downside of your build is you have do not have an SSD. I would buy one and install your OS and programs on it. It makes a huge difference in performance.

The only thing I would do is swap out the psu for a better tier one or tier two especially with those higher end parts.

As has been suggested, there are better PSUs (the suggested models are fine

). I'd also look at adding an SSD for your boot device, as it makes everything so responsive - the Crucial MX100 is a good option (and I think has dropped a little in price since the MX200 was released), and I seem to remember the SanDisk X300 being quite good and comparatively inexpensive too.
