Which PSU Should I Get For This Build

Here's My Build

CPU: i5 4690K(Which I Will Hopefully Be Overclocking To 4.6GHz)
COOLER: H100i
GPU: MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G(Which I Will Be Overclocking As Well)
Ram: G. Skill RipJaws X 2x4Gb @ 1600MHz
Case: S340
HDD: WD Black 1Tb
SSD: Crucial MX100 256Gb
MOBO: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
PSU: ?

I plan on overclocking the 4690k to 4.6GHz(Hopefully) and I Plan On Overclocking the 970 as well by quite a bit however, I WIll Not Be Using SLI.

I believe it is the their g1 and b1 series arent the best, they are quite loud from what I've heard. It could be a different series
