I am new back to PC gaming and I'm putting my PC back together. Whats the third cord to the right for? I can't find a cord in my case that fits it?

Its for inserting jumpers, thatll limit the performance or p0wereconsumption of the drive, to make it backwards compatible. If you google jumper settings for that specific drive, you get some kind of schematic.

Prolly pin 1+2 limits space, 3+4 does something with spinrate/power something.

As stated its not needed for modern PC use.
