Can someone please recommend a PC build for Wow that will easily run at 4k res with ultra settings maxed? I'd also prefer to throw in a little future proofing for the next expansion. Budget is around 4k (USD).
I've read so many conflicting articles, forum posts and opinions that I'm not sure what to buy. Are the new Haswell-Es actually better for WoW than the old Haswell chips? Some posts/sites say you won’t see a difference and others say you’ll get much better performance and higher FPS. Will a 2X GTX980 SLI configuration work or should I go with Titan Zs? I also read WoW relies far more on CPU, not the GPUs/graphics cards so I shouldn’t go crazy with the GPUs. Is this true?
Unfortunately I’m having trouble sifting through all the marketing, BS, biased opinions, misinformation, etc. so any build recommendations and/or advice would be very much appreciated!
