Power issue PC keeps shutting down Help please thanks.

I changed my power supply to make sure it wasn't my power supply but my computer keeps shutting off could it be my motherboard? I have an Amd A10 5800k cx430 and a msi fm2a75mae35 motherboard it turns on and then shuts off i also was running amd a6 and thought it might have been my processor and changed it to an A10 idk what it could be now. also its running windows 8 and i hate windows 8 i changed the power settings already didn't help at all

I'd suggest cleaning off the old thermal paste, applying new paste, and making sure the stock cooler gets re-installed properly.

im sure it over heated once but even after it cools up like say the next day it turns on and then off and then turns on itself its weird. or when I start it I don't get no response like ill turn it on it goes for a sec then turns back off sometimes it doesn't even make it to the login screen it shuts off at bios
