1 - Are the parts compatible? Will everything fit in the case? Is the PSU sufficient?

2 - Can the build perform 60fps (1080p) while on Ultra/High Settings for most games? How about in the future? (2 Years in the future, let's say?)

3 - What games would this not be able to run 60fps while on Ultra/High settings? (Excluding games with relatively poor optimization)

4 - Are there cheaper and more efficient parts that can replace the above?

5 - Will heat be of any issue?

Evga psus are like Corsair, only higher end units like b2/g2 series are good. The plain B series is just like corsairs cx series

1. Yeah it all looks good. (change to this PSU, much better quality http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9)

2. Currently, yes. I want to say yes for the future but nobody really knows (I think it'll be fine for a year or 2)

3. As far as I know it runs all current games ultra 1080p 60fps.

4. Nothing that immediately stands out to me.

5. No you should be fine with the 212 evo

What? The 212 EVO is a decent cooler and EVGA power supplies are generally pretty good.

So to confirm, I should replace the PSU and cooler? If so, what would I replace them with respectively?

For future PC Builds, what designates a PSU to be a good PSU?

Quality is more important than the wattage of a psu, it determine if it will deliver the actual power its labeled for, and is less likely to blow up, and take all your other components with it.

Anything made by Seasonic/XFX/Antec is great, Evga and Corsair, you have to be sure that the OEM is actually made by Seasonic, as all Evga and Corsair do is buy psus from other companies and relabel them.

Also the 212 EVO is plenty for small-mild overclocking and maintains good temps. Not meant for serious overclocking, but really its not worth spending 70$ on a cooler for very minimal performance gains.

No, the 212 EVO is a great cooler, stick with it unless you want to overclock to 4.5GHz+. As for what designates as a good power supply, make sure what you buy is 80+ bronze or above (which the 600B already is).

Usually I would only recommend Antec, Seasonic, XFX and EVGA models g2 and b2, so I would get any of those brand's PSUs. The 212 EVO is a great cooler, I have it myself, it can handle a decent overclock, nothing too serious but it can still keep your system's temp right down.

Alright, can you choose a PSU for me? I need to be handheld as I'm not familiar with PSUs at all. Not even a little bit.

ShadowR34per are you actually retarded or just a troll? I have the i7 4790k on the stock intel cooler running at 4.4Ghz and my idle is like 39c and load is like 75c.... Dont listen to him or anyone that says the hyper 212 is a bad cooler.

As for the PSU I have the evga 850w g2 and it is the best PSU I have ever seen, really quite comes with eco mode and has a 10 year warranty
