Can I get at least 40-60fps @ 4k (or 1440p) w/ GTX 970 SLI on GTA V?

I don't know if 3840x2160 is really plausible, but what about something like 2560x1440?
I know the requirements are still up in the air, but I really want to play GTA V at max settings WITH the ENB mod, among others, that will (hopefully) come out after release.
Probably going to get a 60Hz monitor since I doubt my 970s are going to get more than 60fps at those resolutions.

Specs:
Intel Core i5 4670k stock w/ Enermax Liqtech 120XL
Adata 120GB SSD
8GB Corsair Vengeance
PNY GTX970 stock
Raidmax 850w PSU

No point in asking for performance on an unreleased game. It could be an awful port and no-one will get decent frame-rates..

But if your set-up can't run it well with those specs, then it will be a poorly optimised game to blame, and not your rig.

So is BF4 just terribly optimized? I lag on that on max settings so I turned it to high.
