Will it be good for gaming at 1080p?
I don't intend to overclock, play at 4k, sli, crossfire or anything like that since my budget is already tight as it is...
I also don't mind waiting a few more seconds for a game to load so I don't need an SSD.

Soo yea.. Do I need to change/add anything here or is it all good?

Solution
Yes, you should be able to play at the monitor's max resolution fairly easy. Set the computer power settings up. Windows defaults those settings at "balanced." Set power settings up all the way and enjoy.....

So will I be able to max out demanding games like Battlefield 4, AC Black Flag, AC Unity etc?

My budget is about 820$ and I live in Israel. A lot of things are expensive over here because of shipping I guess..

But I did do some research and I think this is pretty much the best build I can get for my budget. I also don't want to wait and save more money because my current build is terrible (8400gs, dual core, 2 gb ram..) and there're just so many games I can't wait to play already. On games like Oblivion I get 25 fps on 800x600 on the lowest settings xDD
