Not gaming right now, just built this pc, and getting all my stuff on it. Downloading Guild Wars 1 at the moment, and like finding my bookmarks again. Normal? I am using the stock cpu cooler, my EVO 212 will be 3 days late.

Temps right now : http://gyazo.com/6fbcedf64bf0f2e5d401232465c69227

Also, a little question.. i bought 1600 mhz cl9 9-9-9-24 timing RAM, and it shows 799mhz and 11-11-11-28 speeds, any idea why this is?

Also for dual monitors, is the task bar suposed to be on both screens with windows 8.1 (my desktop icons are still on the main monitor)? My laptop that was running Win 7 only had the taskbar on the main monitor.

212 EVO should help, GPU is particularly high though. Use MSI Afterburner and see what temp it reports for the card. I'm not sure about the RAM, and yes the task bar appears on both monitors. They act as two separate displays. If you want them as one you'll have to setup Nvidia Surround,

It doesn't other me, just wondering.

I do have 2 DVI cables hooked to the GPU (gtx 970) Is this why the temps are high? Should i put one DVI into the mobo, and the one i game on in the GPU?

Could you please link me to the afterburner man? Would be greatly appreciated
