Solution
Quick word of advice from a fellow Canadian, avoid Vuugo. Try to avoid Canada Computers if all possible too. The rest of Canada's distros are good though. If you end up ordering that PSU, make sure you get it from NCIX and no where else because NCIX ships the TS550 rather than the one they are advertising. This is a good thing because the difference between the two are the the TS550 is Haswell-Ready while the PRO550W is not. If you get the PRO550W it isn't a big deal, you just might have some issues if you are someone puts their computer on sleep.

No need to get an SSD at this budget.

Since you won't be OCing, I suggest that you get an H97 motherboard and then stick with the stock Intel heatsink or pick up a CM TX3

Everything looks...

Everything looks great to me otherwise :)

Also, Would it be better to get this PSU? http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr (I Put my computer onto Sleep a decent amount) Thank you for the help! :)

DO NOT get the EVGA PSU. It is very bad compared to the XFX. The XFX you have right now is fine. That build is pretty much perfect :) if you want a higher quality motherboard for not too much more( Atleast I don't think, Canada's pricing is weird sometimes) then the ASRock PRO4 is worth a look

Do you have any tips for when I'm actually building the computer? Thank you! :)

Perfect.

Any tips? No not really! Just don't be let down if something doesn't work. Lots of things can go wrong but almost all of those things are very very simple to fix. Just max sure you keep your self grounded by touching the back of your case every few minutes or before you are about to handle something like the CPU/Motherboard/GPU.

I seriously encourage you to message me if you have any issues when building it. Happy building :)
