The cryorig looks good to me and should do the job equally well.
One interesting plus(or minus) is that the height, even with the same 120mm fan is only 145mm tall vs. 160mm for the hyper212. The downside is that you will need low profile ram to avoid clearance issues.
That is really ok since fancy heat spreaders are just for looks and cost extra.

My vote is to be original and go with the H7. It looks way better than the EVO and it is a lot more unique. The performance difference is going to be very minimal.
