Which Z97 Motherboard Should I Get?

Hi I am looking at motherboards because I plan on getting one tomorrow. I have an ASRock Extreme 6 that I can get a new CPU with, another ASRock that is a Fatal1ty Z97X Killer and another motherboard that is a ASUS Maximus VII Hero, but it comes without a CPU. I already have a CPU, but I need a reliable motherboard and I need to give my current CPU to someone else and replace their motherboard. Any idea's on which motherboard is best to go with?

If you can get the VII HERO, it's one of the best gaming boards on the market.
