It's a Toshiba laptop. I tried installed a disc of Windows 7 that was an ISO file I burned. I used it other computers with no problems. But o this one, installation was going good, it was on the finalizing installation check mark and about 75% done and it would not go any more. I had no option but to power it off, it was already not doing anything. Now on start up it says: "Setup is starting services" then goes to "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation." I click "ok"--because it is the only option--and it restarts the whole computer. Bringing us back to "Setup is starting services".

I cannot get it to boot. I don't have another computer to use right now to help, I don't know what to do. If I boot from CD it only does the same thing.

What can I do? How do i fix this?

Solution
go back to the 75% stuck (restart the install and reformat the c) aand leave it like that for a while, maybe it just appeared to not do anything.
