AMD Motherboard black screen

i have gigabyte f2a88xm-hd3 and x4 860k, ( both of them new!)
But when i try to start my Pc i only have a black screen without boot screen,
i tried with VGA (560Ti) and without it but nothing changed :S
may i need a proccesor with integrated vga ?
pls help me :)

Check your MB to see what version it is, like the link that one is rev3.0 ( upper left-hand side corner). http://content.hwigroup.net/images/products/xl/197451/gigabyte_f2a88xmhd3.jpg
If the one you had is either rev3.0 or rev3.1, you may need to update the BIOS ( F7) to support the x4 860K, even the BIOS came out on 09/2014. If the MB is the rev3.2 and the problem may either cpu, MB , or something else.

You try bench it, start with MB/cpu/with cooler/GPU/PSU, http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1753671/bench-troubleshooting.html if you get the same. black screen, and you test the gpu in other pc to make sure it works. And I will recommend either...

Or keep the f2a88xm-hd3, get the Athlon X4 760K.
