Hard Disk Configuration- Sony Vaio VPCEA16FG

Hi All,

I have a Sony Vaio VPCEA16FG & the hard disk crashed recently. I am planning to buy the replacement online but I am confused with the configurations. Can you please help me what is the configuration I need to keep in mind.

I would presume that any 2.5 inch SATA 9mm HDD would be fine.

Both will be fine but I would go for the seagate momentus as the cache is higher on there. Even better would be an SSD (it drastically improves your boot times and also loading times), which can now be snapped up for about $75 now but it's up to you as to which one you go for.
