Is Unigine Valley Reporting Core Clock speeds Correctly?

Hey there,

First of all, i'm running the below system:

Cpu: i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming [4GB]
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97 D3H
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB @ 1866MHz

I made a Unigine Heaven benchmark today which i think scored kind of average for my components. But yet i wondered about one thing. I've got my i7 oc'd to 4.7Ghz but Heaven only shows 4Ghz for some reason (screenshot below). Also the windows system tab shows 4Ghz.

Solution
its actually reading it correctly. it reads the vendor data not the cpu clock cycles.
so if its stamped with a 3.6ghz timing and boosts upto or is oc'd to 3.9ghz it will only say 3.6ghz.

.
Don't worry about it valley just reads it wrong. It always says that my i7 3630 qm is running at 1ghz while I can clearly see in cpu-z that it is running at 3.2 ghz.
