Current spec:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: ??? (Corsair Hydro series H100i, H105, or H110 maybe?)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: ??? (What GSkill 8x2Ram is good?)
Storage: Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate 3.5" 3TB SATA3 7200RPM
Video Card: Gigabyte GTX980 N980G1 Gaming (2way SLI)
Case: ??? (Something with good airflow to deal with the heat)
Power Supply: CM Vanguard 850w Full Modular Gold

So i need suggestions for the CPU Cooler, GSkill 8x2 ram, and casing
(I dont mind pricy cooler as long as it cools the gtx980 down better than average priced cooler)

Solution
The following components should fit your needs. The Enthoo Pro is really good, with okay stock fans but for better airflow I'd suggest you add custom fans afterwards.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($99.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($114.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case ($99.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $314.97
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

My questions are, why 2x8GB? 2x4GB for gaming is all you need for now. If you prefer...

look for a full tower case as these have room for good cooling; Rosewell thor v2 for example. If those are too big you need an ATX case like a mid tower again with side fan to help those 980s stay cool. If still not sure post back with some examples of what is available in your location. Note the CPU cooler is not going to cool your graphics cards.

There are certainly games that use more than 8GB these days, some of the newest (I've read) can utilize a 32GB system... but true for most you'd be better off with 8GB and an SSD.
