I'm not an overclocker but I recently built an iTX
I wanted performance without 'load' (power consumption was also an objective) so I got the max recommended RAM bandwidth of 1600 with low latency!
I would like to optimize the the RAM (i.e. not necessarily overclock it) to its potential.
The default settings, on the bios, showed that it was 1333 RAM but I managed to set it to 1600 using XMP setting (i think) but the timing is still at 667Mhz.
Does that matter - I thought that it should be at 800Mhz to optimize?
