Do i need to follow this kind of wiring for JPT1?

H D D LED,RESET SW

but still im kinda worried,my case have already install a Fan Controller,do i need to install that also to my front panel?

sorry im still noob when it comes wirings, also my grammar

Solution
Not to worry, front panel mistakes will not damage anything.
Look at your motherboard manual and at the front panel header pin layout.
The PWR and reset switches are not polarity sensitive and can be plugged in in any order.
The pwr and hdd led wires are polarity sensitive.
The + side most be plugged into the + pin on the motherboard. If you have them reversed, no problem, the led simply will not operate. Just reverse them.
There is no standard if the front panel leads are not marked with + or -. But usually, the common color black or white is - or ground, and the bright color is +.

If you get things really mixed up, like plugging the hdd les into the reset switch you will get very strange results(I did that once)

Read your motherboard and case manuals.
Power switch and Reset switch are just jumpers, they have no polarity.
HDD and Power LED have polarity, but your LED will simply not light up if you reverse it.
As for the fan controller, check if it's connected to your case fans, the connect a molex power to it.
