Which CPU fan should I choose ?

My CPU fan is failing and the Heatsink pins fitting the fan is broken on two places so I am thinking to buy new CPU fan with Heatsink, but I am confused which one to choose from Snapdeal

I have read the review who bought this they said that it fits with their LGA 775 Socket Motherboard as well as LGA 1155 Motherboard because both motherboard have same screw holes.

My Motherboard Processor Socket is LGA 775 and I think maybe it is ATX motherboard, below is the link of my motherboard

They don't have the same screw holes so pick nr one out of these two.
