Is msi a good overclocking mobo for amd and intel processors

I looking for a new pc build with overclocking facilty in a mobo

I want good mobo that can handle overclock

i want intel as well as amd supported mobo that give me safe overclocking

also suggest me an air cooler for normal and hard overclocking.

please answer each of these

There are no motherboards that support both AMD and Intel CPU's. Gotta choose one or the other.

Look at Gigabyte motherboards as these tend to be good overclocking boards.
