will Cooler Master Hyper 212X can perform good in extreme overclocking?

if i extremely overclock i7 4790k or an amd fx 8350 or 9590
then will Cooler Master Hyper 212X can cool out the heat generated by the overclocked components(processor,ram).

also how much wattage will increase in my power supply on each of those processors.

Not good enough for any of those chips at extreme speeds mate.
It'll do a decent job with a 4790 up to 4.1/4.2
8350 at 4.5ghz
It won't cool a 9590 even at stock speeds (only a crazy man would buy that CPU anyway)

Scythe mugen max
Bequiet dark rock pro 2 or 3

Closed loop liquid
Corsair h100i
Raijintek Triton (if available in your area)

There are others but these are ones I've used or at least seen working first hand - I never recommend anything I haven't actually seen
